We are in search of a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual looking to work in a busy environment to join our customer service team at our office in Mountainside, New Jersey.
We are seeking someone who is team oriented and energetic. Someone who is a customer service professional, detail oriented, self-motivated. Position requires strong customer service, typing and computer skills.
If you can jump in feet first, dig in and become an intricate part of our team who will go the extra mile, you will enjoy this job.
You will be working with national sales force and customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
· Previous customer service / data entry work required
· Strong computer and telephone communication skills
. Good problem solver
· Positive work ethic
· Must be able to work independently and under supervision
· Ability to multi-task
· Strong attention to detail.
· Fast learner
· Must be flexible to work extended hours as necessary
· Sage MAS200 MAS90 experience a plus
· Versed well in Microsoft Windows software and computers
