Seeking a motivated, energetic and organized individual to work with a team of designer helping them with the following duties:
- Inputting orders.
- Preparing client billing
- Preparing purchase orders and vendor payments.
- Processing expenses.
- Processing accounts payables.
- Mailing payments, filing and record keeping.
- Obtaining quotes.
- Ordering items online,
- Answering phone, sending out courier and express packages.
- General office organization.
Experience working in an interior design firm, minimum one year.
Experience working with Design Manager or other industry software a plus.
An associates degree in any field.
