Bookkeeper/Office Administrator with High-end AD-100 Interior Design firm located on Upper East Side.
Responsibilities include all aspects of bookkeeping such as, but not limited to: AP/AR, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations, daily cash report, vendor deposits and payments, petty cash. Additional duties include: ordering supplies, maintaining the upkeep of office equipment, troubleshooting with the IT team regarding computer/network systems, assist with answering phones, and some HR duties.
Could be full or part-time
High level of organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and also in a team environment. At least 5 years experience in similar position. Knowledge of Design Manager software. Must have the ability to identify and solve problems.
