Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Job Description

Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm
Manage incoming phone calls and Client contact
Preparation of accurate purchase orders - call in for price and delivery details, follow -up orders
Scheduling deliveries and installations
Interface with accountant
Set up meetings

Job Requirement

Superior organizational skills
Strong common sense approach
Meticulous message taking and bookkeeping skills
Maintain office equipment and general office spaces
Troubleshooting office equipment
Assist and initiating marketing efforts
Must enjoy working as part of a team in a small, fast paced office setting
Knowledge of Mac and PC
Microsoft word, Excel, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office
Good sense of humor
